HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

well, it came time to pay the annual fee to keep this website up and running and i remembered that i actually do enjoy posting and blabbing (blogging?) on here. in the past couple of months we had some aforementioned visitors and did the same kind of touring around, but also got to see arlington national cemetary for the first time since moving here. great stuff. thanksgiving and christmas in knoxville were great, but L's grandmother died the week after thanksgiving (sad, but we're at peace) so we actually made the 8 hour drive (16 round) 3 times in about 5 weeks - crazy!! the baby is doing great and IT'S A BOY! jacob michael is his name. i had a great semester in seminary, i really enjoyed all i was learning, and i pulled a 3.9 on the semester for my best yet. the craziest part is that i was taking 3 classes instead of my normal 2. the only saving grace in that is that they were all intro classes. last but not least, we are closing on a townhome in woodbridge, va on jan. 26th - homeowners!! this adult stuff is crazy...
