That's crazy, man. I can't imagine being away from my wife that long. I'd go nuts. I'm currently in month three of the unemployment thing and the newness of "being free" and not having any paperwork to do has gotten old and is now extremely boring. Plus the whole insurance thing, and not having it, isn't much fun either. Congrats on getting back on track, man!
Posted by Matt Barnette at September 1, 2009 12:02 AMYeah, we usually get to see each other each weekend, but recently had to go 3 weeks due to other travel. Booo!
Luckily, we had me and my son covered on a separate, private health insurance plan so we were covered. However, I'm looking forward to finally going to the dentist someday soon!

Posted by Tod at September 1, 2009 03:38 AMCongrats on the pastor job! It sounds like a great opportunity. :) I'm sorry it's been so hard on your family these past few months. My brother moved to Louisville for a job in July - he describes it as "surprisingly urban." :) Hope all is well, and I'll be thinking of you and your family.
